Weekly tariffs

• January to April included (outside school holidays) : 3500eur

  May : 4500eur

  June : 5000eur

  July and August : 6000eur

  September : 5000eur

  October : 4500eur

  November and December (outside school holidays) : 3500eur

  Winter, Spring and Fall school holidays : 4000eur

  Christmas holidays : 4500eur

  From June to end of September : no short w/e. Minimum 1 week rent

Specifications

• House cannot accommodate for marriage or parties
• Short stay possible off-season from 3 nights on / 2,500€
• Periods already reserved: new year 2018/2019 and August 2019
• Down payment: 50% when booking and balance 1 month before the stay
• Deposit: 3,000€
• Prices include the cleaning (for a house returned in a correct state)
